BIENVENIDOS A FOTOSENCONTRADAS
¿Recuerdan
haber roto, quemado o tirado fotos? A veces, un gesto poco agraciado,
una vestimenta pasada de moda o la compañía de
personas que queremos olvidar, bastan para decidirnos a tirar
algunas fotos. Lo mismo ocurre cuando nos encontramos con fotos
de familiares con quienes ya no nos une ningún lazo afectivo
o cuando el paso del tiempo ha borrado toda referencia. |
WELCOME TO FOTOSENCONTRADAS
Do you remember destroying, burning or throwing away photos?
Sometimes, a graceless gesture, an old fashioned garment or
the company of someone we'd like to forget, are reasons enough
for deciding to get rid of some photos. The same happens when
we find photos of relatives with whom we are no longer sentimentally
linked or when the passing of time has erased all reference. |

ACERCA DE ESTA COLECCIÓN
Todas las fotos y los objetos que se muestran aquí
han sido encontradas en las calles de Buenos Aires, sobre
todo en los barrios de Once y Paternal. Gran parte de ellas
estaban dentro de las bolsas de residuos de los domingos,
muchas otras tiradas en la vereda o en la calle. El resto
pueden haber sido extraviadas por sus dueños.
FOTOSENCONTRADAS es un proyecto estrictamente personal: es
por eso que no figuran aquí otras fotos que las que
yo mismo he encontrado. |
ABOUT THIS COLLECTION
All of the photos and objects that are shown here have been
found in the streets of Buenos Aires, mainly in the neighborhoods
of Once and Paternal. Most of them were inside sunday's trashbags,
many others thrown on the sidewalks or on the street. The rest
may have been lost by their owners.
FOTOSENCONTRADAS is a strictly personal project: that is why
there are no other photos here than the ones that I have found
himself. |
ACERCA DEL ORDEN
Las fotos han sido ordenadas por el tema que retratan. Para
acceder a las distintas secciones (RETRATOS, PAREJAS, VACACIONES,
etcétera) deberá cliquear sobre la palabra GALERÍA
en la izquierda. COLECCIONES agrupa aquellas series de fotos
que han sido encontradas en un mismo lugar y fecha. En ETCÉTERA
se encuentran las fotos inclasificables, así como algunos
objetos llamativos que también he encontrado en la calle. |
ABOUT THE ORDER
The photos have been ordered by the subject they depict. In
order to access to the different sections (PORTRAITS, COUPLES,
HOLIDAYS, etcetera) you should click on the word GALLERY on
the left. COLLECTIONS gathers those series of photos that have
been found at a same place. ETCETERA has those photos that cannot
be classified as well as some eye-catching objects that I have
also found in the street. |
ACERCA DE LAS IMÁGENES
Se deja constancia de que todas las imágenes fotográficas
que forman parte de este sitio fueron encontradas en la vía
pública en recipientes de residuos. En tal sentido y
de acuerdo con el Art. 2526 del Código Civil Argentino,
tales imágenes se encuentran en la categoría de
cosas abandonadas por sus dueños. De acuerdo con la legislación
argentina, las cosas abandonadas pueden ser aprehendidas por
quien así lo desee, siendo su sola posesión título
bastante de propiedad según el Art. 2412 del Código
Civil.
No obstante ello, y ante petición de la persona fotografiada
o sus derechohabientes, procederé a retirar la/s imagen/es
de este sitio si tal circunstancia incomodare en modo alguno
al peticionante. |
ABOUT THE IMAGES
It is hereby stated that all the photographic images that
are part of this site have been found on the sidewalk and
within trashbins. In such sense and according to Article No.
2526 of the Argentinean Civil Code, such images are regarded
within the category of things abandoned by their owners. According
to the Argentinean laws, abandoned things can be taken by
whoever desires it, being their sole possession enough title
of property, according to Article No. 2412 of the Civil Code.
However, and after a request of the pictured person or of
his/ her rightholders, I will proceed to take the image/ s
from this site if such circumstance could in any way be regarded
as harmful to the petitioner.
